Commemorative Card

Artists volunteer their time and talent to supporting conservation in the country's only federally regulated art contest. With the release of the 90th consecutive annual Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation stamp, we celebrate artists Joseph hautman and Eddie LeRoy by issuing a commemorative displaying the 2023-2024 and 2020-2021 Federal Duck stamps and a Forever® stamp cancelled with an official First Day of Issue postmark.
