Wonders of the Sea

This issuance, featuring four stamps arranged in blocks on a pane, was dedicated October 3, 1994, in Honolulu, Hawaii, and depicted scenes from above and below the ocean's surface: birds, boats, divers, dolphins, and fish. The were designed in a se-tenant style, with each block of four comprising a complete picture.
