About This Stamp

The United States Postal Service pays tribute to the American flag and its unique history with The Stars and Stripes stamp pane. The pane includes 20 flags that are linked to the evolution of the Stars and Stripes since 1775. The designs were chosen to provide a sampling of visually interesting and historically significant flags in U.S. history. Among the flags are the Continental Colors, the Star-Spangled Banner, and regional and military flags.
