About This Stamp
The Dorothy Parker stamp was issued in West End, New Jersey, and is the 10th in the Literary Arts series of stamps. A writer of short stories, plays, poems, screen plays, reviews, and magazine articles, Parker (1893–1967) is one of the most versatile writers of her time and is well known for her satirical writing style.
The stamp design includes a portrait of Parker and was designed by Greg Rudd.
