About This Stamp
This Apprenticeship stamp commemorates the National Apprenticeship Program and the 25th anniversary of the National Apprenticeship Act, also known as the Fitzgerald Act. The act federally regulated apprenticeships and on-the-job training programs. The stamp features an image of a machinist handing a micrometer to an apprentice.
