With the release of the 90th consecutive annual Migratory Bird Hunting and Conservation stamp, we celebrate artists Joseph hautman and Eddie LeRoy by issuing a commemorative displaying the 2023-2024 and 2020-2021 Federal Duck stamps and a Forever® stamp cancelled with an official First Day of Issue postmark.
